At Mulcart, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping: ₹49-₹99 for orders below ₹999
  • COD: Available with an additional fee of ₹49

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your order.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund.
