At Mulcart, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. Please read our shipping policy for details on delivery timelines, charges, and more.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines

| Tier 2 Cities | 5-7 business days |
| Remote / Rural Areas | 7-10 business days |
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 - ₹99 for orders below ₹999
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all orders. An additional COD fee of ₹49 may apply.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
- You can track your order status on our website or directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners including:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Ecom Express
- India Post
- DTDC
7. Undelivered / RTO Orders
- If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), our courier partner will make up to 2 re-delivery attempts.
- If the order is returned to us (RTO), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
