Return & Refund Policy

At Mulcart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Products with removed tags or damaged packaging
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@mulcart.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues only.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to damaged/defective/wrong items: Free return shipping
  • For change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
